Join us for an inspiring lucheon supporting Renton School District Students while surrounded by aviation history. It’s a fantastic opportunity to connect with the community, celebrate education, and help make a lasting impact.
The doors to the Luncheon Gallery open at 11:30 AM and the Program and Lunch are from Noon - 1:00 PM. Come early or stay after to explore one of the region's most incredible museums. Your luncheon ticket includes FREE admission to the Museum of Flight on the day of the event (normally $29 per adult), so you can take full advantage of everything the museum has to offer.

Arts & Crafts Activities Downtown Free 18+ Registration requiredRenton Library Downtown
Celebrate animals of the Pacific Northwest in hand embroidery. In this beginner-friendly workshop you can learn how to embroider an orca, black bear, river otter pair, cougar, salmon, or giant octopus. Fiber artist Melissa Galbraith of MCreativeJ will show you how to use beginner-friendly embroidery stitches such as the satin, stem, and reverse chain stitches to bring your animal to life. You’ll receive an embroidery hoop, fabric, embroidery needle, colorful embroidery thread, water soluble animal patterns, and printed instructions in class. This workshop is beginner-friendly and all skill levels are welcome.

Renton Write-Up is a casual, come-and-go writing meetup hosted by the Tipsy Typers, a writing-club-in-a-pub. Writers of all kinds are welcome to bring their current projects, enjoy local wine, and write alongside fellow creatives in downtown Renton. Net proceeds will be donated to Hawai'i Disaster Relief Organizations and Families impacted by the storms in March 2026.
Tickets: We recognize these are challenging times for people financially so we offer a few options.
* Gold, Silver, and Bronze Tier donations are fixed price and you can purchase several at once for a given time slot.
* The Flexi-Donation option allows you to choose the level you are comfortable with - give more or give less.
* Finally for those that cannot participate but still want to support the cause, there is a Donation "ticket." -

All are welcome, it is totally free event by union organizers with the REA and SEIU (endorsed by the REA and SKC DSA).
Tablers are invited to come around 3 PM and meet in the main meeting room of the library (we're not 100% sure yet if we'll be able to table outside under the gazebo, but we hope so!) Our main goal is for orgs who have any calls to action to come and share them with community and each other. We'll have out some sign-making materials and a button maker so any contributions to that and/or our free snack table is most welcome.

All are welcome at Renton Recreation’s Spring All-Comers Track and Field Meet. Try out a new event or go for a PR with other members of the community at the beautiful Renton Memorial Stadium.
Participants can compete in as many events as they would like.
Track Event Info:
•Track event heats will run from youngest to oldest.
•Heats will be co-ed by age division and seeded at the time of the race.
•Depending on numbers, some age groups may be combined.
•Age Divisions: 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, Open (15+)
